Designed for control

Choose the reading support that fits your workflow.

ReadThisAloud is a document and webpage Reader. Its accessibility features are optional and are intended to make the Reader easier to navigate and follow; they do not replace a full Windows screen reader.

KB
Keyboard

Use simplified keyboard navigation when Accessibility Mode is enabled.

Accessibility Mode supports single-section keyboard navigation and predictable focus after content loads.

02
SR
Screen reader

Turn on optional Reader-status announcements.

ReadThisAloud can announce Reader actions and status through a compatible screen reader when that setting is enabled.

03
Aa
Display

Adjust text and the reading view.

Use Reading Mode, text size, line spacing, read-along brightness, tracking color, and tracking choices to shape the workspace around your reading preferences.

04
◎
Orientation

Follow narration visually when that helps.

Word-by-word highlighting or a line pointer can keep the current reading position visible while narration is active.

More detail: Review synchronized highlighting or open the complete ReadThisAloud Help system for current controls and settings.
Accessibility choices

Use the Reader with the navigation, tracking, and display support you prefer.

Accessibility Mode and status guidance remain optional, so the standard Reader workflow stays available when those settings are not enabled.
